Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays).Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Shipping Methods and Delivery Times
We use Australia Post for all domestic shipments.Delivery times vary depending on the destination, but generally, you can expect the following:Standard Shipping: 3-7 business daysExpress Shipping: 1-3 business days
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location, weather conditions, or any unforeseen delays with Australia Post.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order and delivery location.Free Shipping may be available on orders over a certain amount. Please refer to our promotions or check the checkout page for more details.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been dispatched, we will send you an email with a tracking number and link to track your shipment via Australia Post.You can also track your order on the Australia Post website at www.auspost.com.au
Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We cannot be held responsible for any delays or missing packages caused by an incorrect address.If you notice an error with your shipping details, please contact us as soon as possible before your order is dispatched.
Missing or Lost Shipments
If your order is delayed or seems to be lost, please contact us, and we will assist you in filing a claim with Australia Post. We will work with you to resolve the issue.
Shipping Restrictions
We currently ship to domestic addresses within Australia only. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
Signature on Delivery
For Express Shipping and some high-value orders, Australia Post may require a signature upon delivery. If no one is available to sign, Australia Post may leave your parcel at a local Post Office for collection.
Customs and Import Duties
As we only ship domestically, no additional customs fees or import duties apply to your order.
