Please carefully review our Shipping & Delivery Policy when purchasing our products. This policy will apply to any order you place with us.

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays). Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Methods and Delivery Times

At checkout, customers may select their preferred shipping carrier from the available options. Estimated delivery times and costs will be displayed at checkout for each option.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location, weather conditions, or any unforeseen delays with selected carrier.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. You can monitor the status of your delivery via the carrier’s website.

Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We cannot be held responsible for any delays or missing packages caused by an incorrect address. If you notice an error with your shipping details, please contact us as soon as possible before your order is dispatched.

Missing or Lost Shipments

If your order is delayed or seems to be lost, please contact us, and we will assist you in filing a claim with the carrier. We will work with you to resolve the issue.

Shipping Restrictions

We currently ship to domestic addresses within Australia only. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

Signature on Delivery

For Express Shipping and some high-value orders, the carrier may require a signature upon delivery. If no one is available to sign, the carrier may leave your parcel at an available collection point closest to your location.

Customs and Import Duties

As we only ship domestically, no additional customs fees or import duties apply to your order.
